As a Veteran herself, Danielle Turcotte was drawn to the P.O.R.T family in November 2020 because helping Veterans is something that she is deeply passionate about. Some of her hobbies include camping, fishing, horseback riding, and spending time with her family. She served in the United States Army from August 2003 until October 2009.
Her first duty station was Manheim, Germany from January 2004 until July 2007. Her second and last duty station was Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri from July 2007 until October 2009. She also served one tour in Operation Iraqi Freedom from January 2005 through January 2006.
Her dedication to the Veteran is further personified by her four years of service thus far to the Veterans Hospital in Middle Tennessee. Danielle comes from a long line of military service members including but not limited to her father, grandfather, sister, brother and several other family members.
